I like the location, breakfast was perfect and there were good varities the bathroom was very clean and new, the staff not all of them are nice, the hotel loction is in hell so it's difficult of you have heavy things to carry.

Everything was perfect, quite location in the center, comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Wi-Fi was very slow with the bad reception.

The rooms at this hotel were surprisingly spacious and well presented. We stayed in a junior suite and it had lovely décor and all the necessary facilities, including a Nespresso machine and a large Bluetooth speaker. The staff was very attentive and the service was excellent. The breakfast, served in a charming café downstairs, was hearty and beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the free mineral water and the two large TVs in our room. The hotel's location was also a major plus, right in the heart of Baden-Baden, on a narrow street that we easily found using GPS.

There was one thing that could be improved upon during our stay, but overall everything was great.

The hotel staff was very helpful and the location of the hotel was withing walking distance to great places to eat and shop. The room design was modern and it was very clean. I will come back again.

I don't think my room had air conditioning but since I didn't spend much time in my room it was no big deal. Left the window open to cool it off a bit.

The restaurant here was GOOD for dinner and breakfast, we both ordered appetising dishes. There was good bed, a private safe, a mini bar and central heating. The location was peaceful and decent: a shopping mall and the Christmas market were within walking distance.

This hotel's location is perfect for exploring the pedestrian area of the city as it is just off the main street in a quiet area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about local tourist attractions. The hotel was clean and had all necessary facilities.

Location is great -- very close to both Friedrichsbad and Caracalla. Very good service as well -- they go out of their way to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.

Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying, offering a variety of continental options and hot coffee or tea served by attentive servers.

I had an excellent experience at a hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their ability to communicate in German. Although there were a few hiccups, such as being given a smoking room and a parking situation that wasn't as secure as I expected, the overall stay was average. I believe that giving the staff more authority to assist guests, especially on weekends when the main manager might not be available, could help improve the experience. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel due to its convenient location and satisfactory service.
